Hi All, My name is Nir and for a while I've been thinking of writing and sharing some information. Interesting stories, adventures, trips, recipes and anything that comes to mind. As all of our relatives are located overseas it can be nice to share the story of my family... A bit about the Gamliel's; it might be nice to start with the little one; Liron is four and loves to play with bugs, dolls, playdough and her moms computer... She loves being outdoors (like everyone else in the family). Noa is seven and she is in second grade. She would like to be a swimmer when she grows up... Noa's activities includes swimming, karate, Hebrew school, lots of play dates and a "bit" of studies... Galya my partner, wife, best friend, and everything else I can think of... Quebec, Canada June 2015

Day 1: June 20 We left the house later than we usually would do when we go on a road trip since we are selling our house and it needs to be good looking all the time. We left at 8:17 am. It went very smooth, no traffic or accidents till later in the afternoon. We had already passed Albany, NY and were close to the Canadian border when we were left with a 20 mile gas tank and no gas stations to find nearby. We decided to go off the highway and try to look for the nearest village in the hope we would find a gas station there. We drove in the middle of nowhere when after a few miles driving we saw some men standing at the side of the road. They were very friendly and drove in front of us leading us to the nearest gas station. The drive to Port Henry, where the gas station was, was amazing, very picturesque and at the same time it was nerve racking if we would make it, but we did. From Port Henry it was less than an hour to the border. At customs we had to stop and show the passports. It...

Day 1; June 18 This morning we left with our packed car. We borrowed a cargo box to put on the roof that we stuffed with sleeping bags and other camping supplies and we put the bikes on the back of the car. On our Way!     It was great to take the car instead of flying since we could take all the stuff with us and not worry about over weight. We drove to Tappan, NY were we took the RV from Campingworld. First time that we didn't rent from Cruise America and not only that the price is better the service is incredible too. The people in the office were very helpful and polite and the RV is much more luxurious. We have a slide out with TV & DVD. In the future we will rent from them again. Anyway from Tappan, NY Nir took over driving, to our first overnight campground. Our destination is White Mountains, NH but it's too far to drive from NY. We stopped at a KOA campground in East Dummerston, VT. This is on the border with NH. The campground is Brattlebo...
